Fermented foods
Fermentation is a natural process that produces living food with beneficial bacteria that aid gut health. For centuries, cultures from around the world have fermented food for conservatition and healthy noroushment.

Typically, in cooler climate zones, the Autumn crops of vegetables such as cabbage and root crops would be fermented for Winter consumption. Thanks to this wonderfull tradition, we continue to enjoy the the benefits of integrating fermented foods into our diets today.

Our passion for fermented food is shared in our plant based (vegan) and gluten free products.

Deliciously crunchy raw Sauerkraut made from spray free red cabbage flavoured with apple, fresh root ginger juice and spices. A long ferment ensures that the Sauerkraut is well conserved and nicely sour!
